With Peninsula School of Performing Arts and Dance Peninsula Ballet, Bret Coppa has performed Fritz in Coppelia, Tarantella, Giselle Pas De Deux, La Corsaire Pas De Deux, Nutcracker Pas De Deux, Swan Lake Pas De Trois and an excerpt of Don Quixote.  Bret has danced in 10 Nutcrackers and danced many roles including Fritz, Chinese Soloist, Doll, Russian-Trepak, and Cavalier.

He has danced the role of Puck for Santa Clarita Ballet in Midsummer’s Night Dream, the role of Brother in Beauty and the Beast, and Nutcracker Prince. He has also, performed as a guest artist with Central West Ballet Company and danced the Peasant Pas de Deux in Giselle, and the role of Jester and Pas de Trois in Swan Lake.

 

Bret has trained at PSPA for 6 years with teachers and coaches Vera Ninkovic, Marina Kalanina, Alexander Kalinin and Roberto Almaguer. He is home schooled and trains for many hours every day.  He is currently in Switzerland competing in the Prix de Lausanne.
